In the morning we welcome you for a varied and balanced breakfast comprising:
- pastries and bread
- butter, various jams and confitures (homemade where possible), honey and nutella
- fresh fruit
- fruit juice
- tea, coffee or hot chocolate
- on demand: cheese and/or cold meats platter, eggs cooked to order
During the summer months we offer a variety of freshly prepared snacks or sandwiches on site or picnic baskets for you to take on your day trips.
These can all be ordered at breakfast Monday to Friday.
We offer freshly prepared three course home cooked meals using produce, whenever possible, from the region, accompanied by the wines from Gaillac. Meals are preceded by a local aperitif and appetizers. The menu varies according to the season and will include both fish and meat. If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate these.
From the 1st of May to 30th September and during all school holidays dinner is available on Monday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7.30 pm. Out-with this period dinner is available on Saturdays.

Throughout the day you have a wide choice of cold and / or hot drinks.
In summer time, from May the 15th until September the 15th we also offer some small dishes. A tapas plate, an omelette or a nice Nicoise salad, does it awaken your taste buds?
To be ordered in advance and only in the evening from Tuesday to Thursday.
